Still gathering all our documents together to send to my fiance and wanted to find out if i need to send the same pictures I initially sent when I sent in the K1 application? I actually don't have the copies anymore and we dont have enough pictures, do you think this may be an issue?

The evidence you sent with the petition will still be with the petition when it reaches the Embassy/Consulate

It would be great if you could send an originals to your SO, but what you REALLY want is pictures from the date of you petition to the present (i.e. continuing relationship).

Confused as to why you don't have the copies or the pictures you originally sent... but I would try to get them. Negatives? Digital versions?

No, not a problem, but..... didn't you make two copies of the complete submittal? Like suggested on the Guides?

One of those copies, which would have included photos, was to be sent to the beneficiary to take to the interview just in case the Embassy needs a new copy. And, so they know what you sent in the beginning.

Don't sweat it if you didn't make the copies.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
