My wife would love to have her sister come and study with her at a Florida State University. She comes from Thailand.

If anyone can get me pointed in the right direction, I would be very thankful.

Aug. 10, 2005 Fly to Thailand to meet Wi and family

Sept.29, 2005 Sent F-129 forms to Texas certified mail

Oct. 7, received mail certificate that they recieved on Oct 6

Oct. 17, 2005 RECEIVED NOA1

Dec. 26, 2005 RECEIVED NOA2

Jan 21, 2006 Received NVC notice and BKN number

Feb. 2, 2006 Recieved Packet 4 from embassy giving us our interview date.

Feb. 16, 2006 passed Doctor interview and recieved 4 shots! ouch!

March 3, 2006 Meeting with Embassy to hand in packet 3

March 14, 2006 Fly to Thailand

March 15, 2006 Interview

March 16,2006Visa approved and picked up!

March 25, 2006 engagement ceremony

March 28, 2006 Wi arrives in America! POE Atlanta Georgia.

April 7,2006 Apply for Social Security Card

April 18, 2006 Recieved Social Security Card

May 2, 2006 Legally married!

June 5, 2006 Marriage Certificate arrives snail mail

AOS BEGINS

June 6, 2006 AOS mailed

June 22, 2006 RECIEVED NOA

July 3, 2006 RECIEVED NOA for biometrics appointment for June 28th!!!

July 12, 2006 Walked in to USCIS office without appointment, completed biometrics!

October 16, 2006 RECIEVED NOA for new appointment date for biometrics?

October 30, 2006 Biometrics appointment day. We were told we were in systen already".

November 15, 2006 Recieved e-mail from USCIS telling us our case has been delayed for up to 6 months!

Febuary 14, 2007 Wisakha is pregnant!

May 15, 2007 Recieved email from USCIS telling us our case has been delayed for up to 6 more months!

May 19, 2007 Recieved NOA I-797C Request for applicant to appear for innitial interview!

Look on the US Consulate Web site for Thailand.

F1 is the type.

Non-immigrant which she will need to substantiate.
