:help:Hello All,

Does anyone know which office processes your AOS, the local-District Office or the Service Center which has jurisdiction over your case? My wife's local office is in Detroit.

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

Actually this is not the case... The NBC only does some preprocessing of the applications. Where previously that was cursory, it recently appears that the NBC is taking a more active role in processing of the petitions. Final adjudication of your case will be at the District Office unless your petition is chosen to be processed at the CSC without an interview.
