I finally got approved. I had an interview today in Atlanta just thought I would share the good news

03/10/09-I 751 sent

03/16/09 GC expires

03/18/09 received at VSC

04/01/09 notice for Biometrics received

04/08/09 -Biometrics done

04/16/08 Still no receipt-made infopass appt for 04/29/09 ATL

04/18/09 DAY 30

04/29/09 went to local office received one year extension (day 43)

05/18/09 DAY 60

06/18/09 DAY 90 3 months

07/18/09 Day 120 4 months

08/18/09 Day 150 5 months

09/14/09 interview and approval

Can File N-400 12/16/09 (4 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSERY)

02/17/2011 Interview. Day 85

02/17/2011 Oath Ceremony. Day 85

02/18/2011 Applied for U.S. Passport Book/Card. Day 86

02/23/2011 Passport application received. Day 91

03/10/2011 Passport book received. Day 106

03/11/2011 Certificate of Naturalization returned. Day 107

03/12/2011 Passport card received. Day 108

My Immigration journey is finally over yes!!!

pls share your interview experience with us, what questions was asked? is this a joint app interview or divorce case? etc. this way others who will have an interview might benefit from your experience .

Our interview was at 10am and we got there at 9.30. At 10 the agent called us in and we went to his office. After the swearing in he asked if we had any additional documents and to take them out. After that he asked us to confirm the information that he already had on file (names address etc) then he asked how it has been since the last interview (we were interviewed for the AOS as well) My husband and I have a unique living situation as we maintain 2 residents- because of his work he lives about 3 hrs away from me and we see each other on the weekends) We have never lied to USCIS and we told them that from the beginning. In addition he is a lot older than me)

Anyway the agent was really nice and asked basic questions about the additional documents we had brought- the tax returns, the trips we made (2 abroad) and about our families. The whole interview took about 10-15 minutes and was very relaxed and friendly.

04/01/09 notice for Biometrics received

04/08/09 -Biometrics done

03-23-10 10 Year Green Card Received

02-19-10 Eligible to file N-400

02-28-10 N-400 mailed to Texas

03-04-10 N-400 received in Texas

04-07-10 Biometrics

06-04-10 Service request

07-21-10 Interview & Oath Ceremony same day in Atlanta - Visa Journey over!

CONGRATS :dance::dance: Did you have an interview at AOS??? Only reason I asked is because we had interview in Atlanta at AOS time, was hoping to get ROC approval without interview.
