Not especially, no - Need marriage certificate for sure. See the K-1 Adjustment of Status guide for more complete details.

No. You need only provide what is asked for in the instructions. Marriage certificate, YES. You may or may not have an interview (we did) and at the interview you may or may not be asked to provide additional evidence (we were not), so keep all that stuff handy and take it with you if you have an interview, but you do not need to send it.

I see from another of your posts you have a child. Some of the BEST proof of relationship is school enrollemnt papers, emergency contacts, medical records, etc., which show BOTH as "parents" Be SURE the child's medical records and school records indicate BOTH names and ask the school to address correspondence to BOTH parents. Anytime one of these "permission slips" or anything else requireing a parent signature comes to this house, I am the one who signs it, not Alla, and I make a copy of it. If your husband is accepted by third parties as the child's "parent" and given legal status as such, it is pretty darn good evidence. We still have the lifting of conditions to go through and that is why I do this.
