Quick I-134 Questions

Finally the time has come that I have to fill it out and get my supporting documents out to my fiance! (Yay!)

I'll be doing mine based entirely on my assets. (Even though they are adequate I'm still nervous!)

1) Money Market investments- which line do I include them on?

2) Real Estate- I owe nothing on my property. What's the best way to prove it's value?

3) I had income last year (accd. to my tax statement), but it came from money I made through investments. Is this appropriate to list under the line that begins "I derive an annual income of...?"

4) Children- Do I list children born this year as dependents? (As they would not have been listed on last year's tax return.) Also, do I need to prove that I am not financially responsible for children that are not currently living with me, AND who were not included in last year's tax return?

As I understand it, I should not include anyone who was not on last year's tax return.
