I was just hoping you guys could have a quick look over my list to see

how we are doing.

Our interview date is coming up at the end of this month and want to make sure we have everything we need for it.

I have a black folder with everything in it... hopefully. So this is it,

I have a copy of the I-129F forms.

I have a copy of the proof of relationship which contains photo's,

photocopies of plane tickets, e-ticket printouts, e-mails, and letters.

I have a copy of the Packet 3 we sent.

I have Deanna's I-134 form, notarized in duplicate. Her 2008 W2

(original and copy), letter form her bank (original and copy), birth

certificate (original and copy) and she is sending me a letter of

employment and pay-stub (she just started).

NOTE* Deanna just started her job and makes under the requirements. We are using her dad as a co-sponsor who makes around 100,000 annually. With Deanna's little assets and part time job plus her dad being co-sponsor, will that suffice?

I have Deanna's Dads I-134 form, notarized in duplicate. His 2008 W2

(original and copy), letter from his employer (original and copy),

letter from his bank (original and copy), pay-stubs for last six

months (copies) and his passport info page (copy).

I have the medical questionnaire.

I have my birth certificate and police certificate (x2).

I have 3 passport pictures.

I also have the original NOA1, NOA2 and interview letter.

So there you go. Thats the list. Please let me know if there is

anything we are missing.

Thank You So Much!

Best of Luck to all of you

Luke and Deanna

Co-sponsor needs I-134. Co-sponsor is not legally bound to affidavit in K1. A legal contract only takes place at AOS. I-1864 overrules I-134.

I-1864 is solely for AOS.

It looks good. If you can try adding in screenshots of any webcam sessions you have had or screenshots of your inbox to show all the emails etc. Can't hurt.

Both of you have beautiful names and I think it fits together perfectly.

Good luck at the interview!

Looks good, I don't think you need any more proof of relationship as I've never seen London ask for it, not once. But best be on the safe side as you are.

As for the I-134, I don't think you have to worry about her I-134 and proof, I didn't make a enough so my father co-sponsored my husband. They didn't even look at my I-134 and took my dads along with his tax transcript, pay stubs and copy of his birth certificate.

I'd also make a copy of all the original things and bring them along just in case they want to keep anything. I know they already ask for a copy of some things but it's nice to have it especially when it comes to AOS time, things like the medical sheet come in handy.

Best of luck to you both!

Thanks for your helpful responses. Just good to have others look over an see if you have missed anything.

I have another question.

I have my medical booked after my interview on the same day. What will happen if I get the visa and how long will I have to wait to receive it. Has anyone else done it this way around.

Thanks again
