Has anyone heard of inland spousal sponsorhip? I contacted a lawyer for advice to see if it would be faster for my husband and I to apply for his USA visa with me living in the UK (been here for 3months) or if we should go for CR1 or K3. They suggested that if I meet the qualifications (still dont know what they are) that we should apply for inland spousal sponsorship and it will only take 4 months for him to get a visa.

We have been married for 7 months and I am in the UK on a Uk Spousal visa. I am 3 months pregnant (just found out!) and I want to have the baby in the states but dont want my hubby to miss out on this experience since it is our first child.

What is the fastest route? I haven't been able to find this route (inland) on the internet so I am hesitant.

Thanks!!!

6 mos. is the residency requirement and it is only for filing a petition for a CR/IR-1... a K-3 petition must be submitted stateside.

London consulate website will have a lot of the information you require

YMMV

You should post this in the DCF (Direct Consular Filing) Forum which is what you want to do. I believe you have to live there 6 months but the process seems alot faster, about 80-85 days from start to visa from the London Embassy.
