Part 3 Question # 9 ask if you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident?

one year ago my husband and i had moved therefore the answer to this question would be YES, but

i'm a little confused as it says this:

If you answered "Yes" to any of the above, provide a detailed explanation on a separate sheet(s) of paper and refer to "What Initial Evidence Is Required?" to determine what criminal history documentation to include with your petition.

i understand i need to provide previous address but what about criminal history documentation?

there is no criminal histroy on him!

on the other hand should i provide the AR-11 i submitted online?

I have the same situation here, I think you just need to attach a paper with your old adress ,how long you lived there and the date you moved.You will not need to submit any criminal history documentation because you didn't select yes to any of the other options regarding criminal history.
