I have filled out the bio data forms to include with the K1 and my Thai GF is worried because she can't read english. is there any thai lady out there who could talkwith her in thai either by phone or email that these forms are nothing to fear but just government forms and not reading english is no barrier. she wants to hire a visa company but I had a bad experience with a visa company in the past and I see no reason we can't do this ourselves.

her email is pooying81@hotmail.com thanks her name is Sunantha

You are correct about the visa companies. They offer very little for a high price.

You G F can buy a pin number at any Thai post office to enable her to call the embassy to ask any questions she may have.

Additionaly when she interviews she will be questioned in Thai.

So this is your fiancee? Or girlfriend?

If this is your fiancee (and it needs to be that way) then there come a point where she trusts you to do what is necessary. In our case my wife never touched a form except to sign them, she had no desire to. I would suggest you scan and send her copies and she can have someone translate them for her (probably best to make sure what you filled is accurate) I think she can see for herself it is pretty benign, mundane, personal data. Really nothing more than a job application would ask.
