Question 21 . Your Household Size- DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE.

Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit :

a. Enter the number you entered on line 10 ( it was this number ) 1

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit :

b. Yourself ( he put ) 1

c. if you are currently married, enter " 1 " of your spouse ( he put ) 1

h. Add together lines and enter the number here . Househld size : ( and he put ) 2

Please, i need your opinion about this one. Is everything looks correct? But they mentioned do not put anyone twice.. he put me twice in question A and question C ?

Keep in mind, the form has multiple uses.

The number is 2 - (from what you described). He would not enter '1' under section 'C' (it would be '0').

For the puposes of this form you are the "intending immigrant" (person on line 10) NOT the spouse. He should NOT count you as his spouse for this form. This form is used for many types of visas, if you file another one for a child, for example, then he WOULD count you as his spouse (and not the intending immigrant)
