Good Morning Everyone

I have been reading our Appointment letter; there is a document list.

"The following table lists the documents requested by the NVC and whether or not the

NVC received them."

Everything seems to make sense except the following.:

DS-230-II is listed as F-Not required for this application...

I know the consulate will have my wife sign the DS230 part II..it is the applicants sworn statement

I even had an RFE about the DS-230 II...my case wasn't completed until we sent it in.

Any Ideas why it is listed as "not required for this application?" Was wondering if everyone else has the same status for that document

Thanks!

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

I got the same status for my DS-230 part II as well, I did not know why either, but I think just bring another copy of DS-230 part II to the interview as well, I hope there is nothing wrong with our case, and we will get our visa approved. Anyway, in my interview appointment letter did not mention about my DS-230 part I, how about yours?

Same Here. No Mention of DS230 Part 1 on my list of documents. I guess we will have a story to tell :)

yes, since I read your poost now I become anxious...I tried to search if someone else has te same situation as ours... anyway, when is your interview appoinment checklist was sent to you? maybe there is a mistake from NVC... just hope like that. Anyway after I read some posts it popped out into my mind why even the NVC said our case is completed but then at the interview there was still something wrong happened, like they need other documents or etc... I mean I thought everything already checked at NVC stage?
