I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) K-1/K-2 - Not yet married - fiance and/or dependent child 5 Months

Per timeline on Visa journey

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 7, 2009 and November 21, 2009*.

Adjudicated meaning it will be done here in US? Then how much longer after that does it take to finish the process usually?

Yes - adjudicated meaning a decision made by USCIS. After that the approved petition will spend a couple of weeks (or so) going from USCIS to NVC which forwards it to the Embassy (USEM). On average - once USEM gets it, you're looking at about 45 days until the interview.

You just filed like 15 days ago. These things take time. Lots of time unfortunately. I would guess you would have an interview in February or March.
