I am starting to worry about our I=130 application sent on April 09. Until now all i got was the NOA1. No emails, no touches, no updates or whatsover??

Anyone here who filed on April and got their approval? I will appreciate any info.

You are well within the 6 months processing time that USCIS say they need. There was not very many I-130 approved from mid March to Aug. We are just starting to see approvals from end of March to early April. I think you may hear soon.

Thank you for the replies. Yes my hubby who is a US born citizen is the petitioner. What shud we do now?

My dad's I-130 has been approved as of Aug12, '09. I filed May '09. Just waiting for my mom's approval of her I-130.

Don't worry! I applied my parents I 130 on April 4, 2009 and received the approval notice on Aug 7, 2009. You should get yours soon. Good luck!
