The NVC will have your case long enough to touch it, basiscally give it a NVC number then forward it to the embassy. The embassy will then send the beneficary packet 3 and they are to follow the instructions.

Start calling NVC today, USCIS has not regulally been sending the NVC approvals, but many approvals in the past several days, so things are looking up. Best wishes.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Track the number? No, please read the guides, but embassy will not contact the beneficiary for instructions, its called packet 3, this will take a few days for embassy to receive the file and contact beneficary. Meanwhile read the guides and start getting paperwork together such as police cert. birth certs, and etc.

k1? You better also try the K1 forum to obtain help... they will know much more about what you need to do.

Get your documents at NSO, some takes 2-3 weeks before they get issued.

Good luck!
