I received this message when I made an address change. The message was sent because they mailed out another copy of my NOA1.

Well our situation this way got RFE last March but we decided that not to submit any docs to the USCIS

the USCIS give him a month to submit till it lapsed, he never submit anything. so we check our status just this month that was come up. does it mean that they gonna return those watever docs he submit before come up the RFE

its a sort we not pursue the visa or petition

Well we never sent any documents once we had RFE , that was Marchfirst week then they give us one month to submit those more evidence April is the deadline. We end up our relationship middle of march

how does it affects to us... if he gonna petition other woman . same to me also if someone gonna petition to me for both us in the near future?

your document I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was processed and mailed to the address on record

[What Happened? 4]

If a request for evidence was made, you needed to respond to it on time in order for the processing of your petition to continue. I guess you will need to wait to see what to find out exactly what was sent to you. But I wouldn't expect any good news. They will not continue to process your petition if they requested more evidence and you didn't respond to the request.

thats the reason that we not submit any more evidence docs as they requested cause we decide not to pursue this petition, we not expect for good news, we want that his petition will be canceled automatically since he never submit any more evidence docs requested
