Moving in 3 weeks - What address?

Timeline

Hi!

I will be moving in 3 weeks to a different town. I will send my AOS application probably in 8 - 10 days. Which address should i write in the forms, my current address or the address of the place where I am moving in 3 weeks?

09-17-2011 : NOA received

10-24-2011: Biometrics appointment

07-02-2012: Application Accepted

07-10-2012: Greencard Received!!

09/14/09 ----- Received Biometrics Letter for I-485 & I-765 (Appointment: 10/08/09)

10/08/09 ----- Biometrics Appointment Done

10/08/09 ----- AP Approval Notice and EAD Card Production Ordered sent

10/16/09 ----- AP received

10/17/09 ----- EAD received

11/05/09 ----- Interview Appointment Received - Interview on 12/10/09

12/10/09 ----- Interview Approved!!Card production ordered.

12/14/09 ----- Welcome Letter Received

12/22/09 ----- GC Received!!

Do the change of address forms first! once you send that in, then use the new address because if you're in the middle of the AOS, and then you put a new address, USCIS might send the paperwork to the old address, even though they have the new address on file; it has happened to other forum members; do a search and you will read about that. But before you send in the AOS with the new address, do the AR11 form for the visa holder and that can be done online; then the spouse (american citizen), has to mail in form 865.

2009-01-28===> NOA's received in the mail
2009-02-01===> Biometric appt received in the mail
2009-02-06===> Completed biometric appt thru walk-in
2009-02-06===> Applied for expedited AP thru the phone
2009-02-14===> Received AP in the mail
2009-02-11===> Case transferred to CSC
2009-02-23===> EAD received
2009-05-02===> Green card received in the mail, no interview done.

Timeline

You won't recieve your first NOA's in at least a week after sending a package. Why don't you just wait a few days to send it and use your new address on the forms.

2-year green card application:

07/29/2009- Mailed I-130, I-485, I-693, I-864, I-864A, G-325A, I-765 via USPS.

08/02/2009- Package delivered to Chicago.

08/06/2009- Checks cashed.

08/10/2009- Received NOA's for I-485, I-130, I-765 (issued August 6th).

08/19/2009- Recieved Biometrics Appointment notice (bio apt 9/12 at 9am).

08/21/2009- Recieved RFE for I-485 (issued August 17th).

08/22/2009- Responded to RFE.

09/01/2009- Case processing resumed (RFE recieved on 8/27/2009).

09/01/2009- Walk-in biometrics at 1:00pm, in and out in 15mins.

09/09/2009- Recieved e-mail: EAD card production ordered on 09/08/2009.

09/14/2009- Recieved another e-mail: EAD card production ordered (AGAIN!) on 09/11/2009.

09/16/2009- EAD recieved in the mail.

09/21/2009- Applied for a SSN.

09/30/2009- Recieved SSC.

10/14/2009- Received interview notice (Interview on 11/16 at 9:35am)

11/16/2009- Interview,APPROVED and CARD production ordered e-mail!Yay!

11/19/2009- Welcome Notice Recieved and Card production ordered e-mail again!

11/27/2009- Received green card in the mail!

Removal of Conditions:

09/09/2011- Sent the package via Priority mail, with delivery confirmation.

09/12/2011- Package delivered.

09/13/2011- Check cashed.

09/14/2011- NOA issued and received on 09/17/2011.

09/15/2011- Biometrics appointment issued for 10/05

11/21/2011- Card production ordered.
