Confused and frustrated

Hi y'all

Today I received a Request for Initial Evidence

1. Evidence of your lawful admission or parole into the United States. Such evidence includes, but is not limited to, Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, or a copy of the nonimmigrant visa page of your passport showing admission to the United States.

I sent a COMPLETE copy of my passport.

I'm frustrated because I tried to call USCIS and got the automated system that won't let me talk to anybody.

Does anyone have a number other than 1 800 375 5283?

You are adjusting from a K-3? K-1? another visa?

In any case, you have to reply to the RFE. Send the copies again.

Then perhaps you need to do it again - who knows, perhaps they misplaced it. Front/back of I-94. If possible, make color copies of required pages in the passport (they are easier to read).

That is what the RFE notice is asking for.

As others have said, send it again. I would suggest that you copy the whole passport and separately copy the front and back of the I-94, so the I-94 can't be missed because it is "inside" the passport copy.
