i would like to know if we can get co-sponsor who lives in different state? My husband lives in Ohio and our problem is he didnt meet the salary required to petition me, my Aunt in California is willing to be my co-sponsor, is that possible?

there is NO salary requirement to petition... the financial support requirement comes later at visa interview time.

Some consualtes accept co-sponsors, while others do not. Sponsors living in different states is not a main issue...

If you decide to go to the CR-1 route then a joint sponsor can be used when dealing with NVC.

YMMV

yes you can have a co sponser from another state as long as they fıll out I-864 and send ın proper documentatıon . Also ın my case they requested a co sponser before our ıntervıew just got co sponser request and we have yet to have even a date set for ıntervıew so some cases may be dıfferent
