We just had our interview today i think it went fine every question ask were answered not so much question just how we met and they took all the pictures taht we had. during the interview theres another lady who's observing then they left and when they came back they gave back my passport without my I-94 is this normal?They said to wait for result via mail but they didnt tell us how long, How long is the waiting period? do you think that will be approved or denied?

Yes, that is normal to take the I-94, especially when you are going to be approved. I think congratulations are in order as well.

it`s normal that they took your I-94 (they didn`t take mine though). Look for an update on your case on USCIS site and you will receive a Welcome to the U.S. letter and I-130 approval notice (unless you`re on K-1) in about a week and then may be a week after - your GC!

i just received a letter from the immigration they are still asking the original birth certificates of my daughter now if is end it do you think it will be approved. i dont know why are they asking for that my daughter is not included in the petition.
