My Wife needs to change her name on her passport to her married name so that it matches her Green card. Does anyone know the best place to call in the US for this or do we need to contact Home office in the UK?

He is the link to the website where you can get the forms needed. When I did mine it took about 2 weeks to get the new passport and they return the old one with the corner cut off.

Did you use the C1 form? I assume it is the standard for all changes since there is very little guidance on the page. Also how long ago did you apply for your name change. they are currently showing a 6 week processing time. Thank you for all the information. Also I don't see a fee schedule do you remember how much it was?

It was last year that I did my passport, they always say 6 weeks at this time of the year. C1 is the form I used.
