Hi there, I have been reading and not finding this answer... my husband, the USC petitioner, was divorced and we sent his Divorce decree to the USCIS.

So, am I also supposed to send it again with DS230? I had thought that the DS230 was beneficiary based and since I haven't been divorced = no divorce decree sent.

I was told by some good folk on the CR1 site that I have to send his anyway, I'm looking for a Canadian who might have been in this same situation.

Thanks a lot. It's no big deal or anything, I have the certified copy and all, just want to know if it should be included.

Thanks a lot.

It can be a big deal when the court charges you for a certified copy! I know I had to pay $40 for a certified copy of my divorce from Arizona!

40 Bucks!!!!

Well, we only paid 6$ dollars for it but, I am going to bring it with me to the interview; as far as I know, they're satisfied themselves with knowledge and validity of it and such via the USCIS and now it's onto checking into me.

Thanks all...

just doing my last minute checking. If you've caught me posting questions twice, guilty and sorry...
