Do you have a copy of your marriage certificate, the six photos, the cheque, the NOA2 from your K-1 and a photocpy of your I-94 in your package?

no, is that all required? i thought that was all over with, you mean like wedding pics? i have the license for them, didn't copy i 94 but will do that, and the noa2 im sure i have around here somewhere to send in, just the pics i guess i dont have.

Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

Includes:

2 photographs & receipt for photographs (date on the receipt to show they were taken within 30 days of the filing of this application on June 20)

Check in the amount of $1010 made payable to the Department of Homeland Security

Copy of my foreign birth certificate

Copy of passport page with K-1 Visa

Vaccination supplement (Vaccination Documentation Medical Worksheet)

Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet

Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) which also includes tax documents & letter of employment from sponsor, also proof of U.S. Citizenship which includes copy of the biographic data page of sponsor’s U.S. Passport

Evidence of eligibility which includes a copy of approval notice for I-129F, copy of marriage certificate, Form I-94 (front & back) and passport identity page

Form I-131, Application for Travel Document

Includes:

Letter of request for granting Advance Parole

2 photographs (which were taken on June 20 – receipt attached to Form I-485)

^^Yes - technically we are supposed to get it transcribed by a Civil Surgeon to form I-693 - but many Canadians get away with just sending the sheet they gave us at the medical.

one more quick question, i noticed your cover letter has some things listed twice such as marriage certificat and copy of passport? do you HAVE to put more then one copy of each or can i just assume that they will copy it if they need another copy of it

I wouldn't assume anything when it comes to this stuff, LOL they won't copy it for you. May as well make a few extra copies to be on the safe side, since you're making copies anyway

I wouldn't assume anything when it comes to this stuff, LOL they won't copy it for you. May as well make a few extra copies to be on the safe side, since you're making copies anyway
