Hi Ya. OK, there are guides elsewhere on VJ to help you, my Fiance is from the Philippines, I filed the K-1 myself. It went through the VSC. For the filing, you will need to complete the I-129F form. You will BOTH need 4 copies each of the G-325A Biographic. You will need to make a copy of the inside of your passport showing the stamps for your trip to see her as well as the ID portion of the passport.

When you go there, take photos of you and her, SEVERAL for each day you are there. get them in front of landmarks. etc. If you can, also get some photos of you with her other family members. Hotel receipts, copies of the flight Itenerary, BEFORE YOU GO TOO FAR. She will need the following: A birth certifercate, a copy of her NSO, a valid passport. A Certificate of singleness. If she was married before, she needs an annulment. A NBI report for each place she has lived (police clearance) Her documents have to be complete and up to date. Go for a checkup from a doctor and see if she has a record showing her immunizations. Does she have children?

Get this all out of the way ASAP. You will need receipts for money you send to her. I sent flowers occassionally, Birthday cards, emails, phones records. etc. etc.

OK, Job, well, eh, You really should be employed bro. You have to show 5 times above the poverty level. You can have someone sponsor her ( a co-signer for your bride) But, you can get by for now. The I-134 support form comes later. You will need a letter of employment, copies of recent pay stubs. W-2 from the previous tax year. signed copy of your tax return. Read read read. Understand what you are getting into here. The process will continue on even after she is here.

Good Luck on your journey.

Went for her interview on July 16th and received her Pink Slip......Finally. Paid the AIR21 and I expect her here August 10th, 2009. Marriage will be August 21st, exactly 4 years to the day that we first met.

Actually you only need 1 copy each of the G-325a but it has 4 pages each but they are coded differently so just make sure to get her to sign all 4 pages of the document.

Best thing is to get 2 sets of these in case you need to fix something, its a real pain if you notice an error and have to pay $50 to get her to send you another copy

When you go there, take photos of you and her, SEVERAL for each day you are there. get them in front of landmarks. etc. If you can, also get some photos of you with her other family members. You only need to show 125% of the poverty level not 5X

All the rest of this is right on the money, I would also add make 3 copies of everything 1 to send to USCIS, 1 to send to fiance so she can study and learn everything about you and 1 just in case something happens to either copy.

Good Luck on your journey.
