Sorry at number 16, what should I put there?

Entry on a tourist (no visa is required for Canadians to enter)

4/7/9 - got married

5/4/9 - Received Marriage certificat.

7/30/9 - NOA

No idea what #16 is asking....

You entered with a visitors visa - get ready to be grilled at your interview. You'll have to prove that there was no intent to get married where you crossed the border. Your best bet would be to return to canada and get in line behind the rest of us.
