USCIS Phone Number?

Hi Guys. I am a June filer, I still have not received the appointment for the biometrics. My paperwork was received on Saturday June 22nd, looking at the timelines everybody whose paperwork was received that day is still waiting, I called today the number on my NOA and the number is NOT in service. Does anybody know what is going on? Is there another number I could call to speak to a real person? Thanks in advance. 2for 2

You could call the National Customer Service Center: 1-800-375-5283 (select options 1,2,3 to get to talk to an actual person). Good luck!

Hi. I had to call twice. The first person told me not to worry since there were still 141 days left for a response. I was not satisfied with that answer and called back a second time, this time the a different operator said that since it had been more than 30 days I could put a Service request, which I did. I am supposed to get an answer either via email or regular mail. I will keep you posted. Thanks.

Maybe double check the address you used on the I-751 just to make sure it is correct?

Hi. thanks, the address is correct. I already have the 1 year extension letter, it is the biometrics appointment letter that I dont have. If you look at the Junes filer thread you will see that all the applications received on the 22nd are still waiting for the biometrics appointment letter. Best, 2for2

I'm glad they put in a service request for you. After my service request, it took 4 days for them to issue my biometrics notice. I hope you will hear something soon!
