Is it any more expensive than regular? I agree that putting a bunch of chemicals in soda is totally unecessary and ruins it. I am not a big soda drinker, but the odd one is cool.

Same price. They had a 12 pack on sale at Target for $2.75, so I bought the entire stock.

Oh, I might like it then. I can't stand HFCS, it tastes icky, and I don't like pop really fizzy, could be a win win.

Ah, they are also launching 'pepsi natural' which will be a more expensive natural ingredient version. That's kinda neat.

Compared to regular soda or diet, it has about four ingredients with natural sugar alone being the sweetener.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Joel tried it...loved it...but it's long gone now. I hope they bring it back. I don't drink sugary sodas...being a diabetic. I just wish HFCS would disappear. Bad stuff you know. JMHO

Hmm I haven't heard of Diet Pepsi Throwback nor a plan to do so. But they could make a natural Pepsi using Stevia as sweetener!

Here they have tons of Pepsi Throwback left, at Walmart, Target, Albertsons, Safeway - literally everywhere. But in my new area people also look at me like I have five heads for not eating HFCS, hydrogenated oils and diary with hormons/antibiotics. Better for me as the stuff isn't gonna sell too soon and we can have more :P

Type 1, 1.5, 2, or insipidus?

TBO HFCS per se isn't bad. Its just that its used to augment sweetness and ends up causing a metabolic load that is several times higher than sugar.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Excellent, hope you won't need shots or worse...! Keep those Beta cells happy and avoid the sugar (but have some), the fat, and keep up with your exercise.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

I think it's the same in Canada. They also don't have it in things like ketchup. My fiance doesn't like the taste of our ketchup.

Last I heard it's also illegal to put caffeine in non-colored sodas. I just know someone is going to read more into that than what's intended... :P

Same throughout Europe (including the UK which never knows whether it's part of Europe or not :P)

You can get non hfcs ketchup as well - it is normally also 'organic' and a little more expensive. (Well, depending on brand of course)

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

My hubby is from Canada...didn't like the taste of many of our foods down here. Ketchup especially.

Meh, it's easier to layer clothing and stay warm. I find I breathe better and in general FEEL better when I'm at home with my hubby's family - Nova Scotia.

Gonna immigrate one of these days...can't wait!
