I am the sole sponsor for my wife on this form. My question pertains to page 1, part 3, question(s) 8/9. I have checked the box saying "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above". But underneath it is 2 more boxes. One says simply "Yes". The other says "No (Applicable only in cases with two joint sponsors)". I have no idea what this means ... I am confused. Do I need to check either of these boxes? Obviouslly it would be "Yes" box? Or just leave them be?

Thanks, Appaullo

You check the box next to the number 8 and then check the "Yes" box.

When you're having doubts check the Example forms here on VJ. They can often help to confirm your suspicions in many cases.
