Hi all

I am in process of getting a k1-visa, i was wonder if any one can help me with this question. Do i need to file anI-485 plus I-761 after she enters usa?

but only after the marriage has occured. BTW, It would be I-765 NOT I-761

I would also suggest applying for the I-131 at the same time because it is included in the cost and you never know when a trip home will be needed for an emergency.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
