Hey men

i think your case have some thing wrong with that, that why they look at and investigate take so long ,and other thing you must to call call your senator or congressman, ask them to help . As a law-abiding US citizen, you must to request them assistance you, to investigate this seemingly negligent period of inaction. you wait for a painful amount of time.this is the source of our dilemma—an inordinate amount of waiting time and no clear explanations for delays

I was look at your son i am get hurt because no father beside

Sister Nhi isn't a US citizen, so I don't know if they would help her. But she is going to send me a letter and I will pass it on to the Senator of the State where her husband lives.

There is something seriously wrong when you have to wait as long as they have and when they contact the Service center, they just say wait. No reason, no updates.

Ours was also touched 09/08/09 and again today 09/09/09 so I think we will have good news soon. Tran is so nervous now because she thinks it will be soon. Once they approve of it then the interview should be in 3 months. I think by Friday or Monday both of ours will be approved.

Good luck

I would think that since you have been through NVC once, it should go through that phase without a hitch... Should be getting pkt 3 by the end of the month...

When the date of last activity changes in the USCIS system.. that is a touch... it happens when someone scans the barcode on the file when they take it or return it... It means someone has worked on or looked at the case.
