I have updated the Guides for the new form. As an example it now says,

G-325A filled out, signed and dated. If you are using a newer version of the G-325A it may only contain one page for "Biographic Information". Be sure to make four copies of the completed "Biographic Information" page to submit with the package.

VJ News section has an article placed to remind people of this change and that four copies of the page should still be filed. Article can be found here:

Great topic finally found it. I am getting ready to start my visa process and was confronted with this "new form" after 2 months out of the US ... I wanted to ask this very question and used the "Forums search tool" from the site and came up blank so i did a google search and got this topic...

Is the FOrums Search tool working?

Revised the site everywhere. New form and only printing the one page is the recommended method. Example forms updated too. :)

I submitted my I-130 at the end of January - I am filing DCF in Canada - with one G-325a each for petitioner and beneficiary. On the instruction letter I just received from the consulate, I was asked for another 3 copies of the G-325a for each of us.

So, don't know if Toronto is maybe behind the times, or perhaps it varies from consulate to consulate?
