Our petition had the same 'unhappy end' in February at the same Ukrainian consulate... We filed I-129F in November 2007 and got to the point of interview only in January 2009 - only to have our petition returned to USCIS on 221g! Now it is August, 7 month have passed, and we have not heard anything about that since winter. For now we got married in Ukraine and are about to file I-130 for me, but still do not know what to do with the previous petition... If you have any news or information on what to do - please3, let us know. Thank you!
