My divorce was only final one month before we filed our K1 but we ended up getting an RFE I dont know if that had anything to do with it, oh ###### now I sound like a conspiracy theorist :whistle:

hi pokerman...in my own opinion nobody cant stop u from seeing/meeting ur filipina gf for as long as ur divorced..well ur almost divorced as u claim...

u can already start establishing a relationship coz u know more than we do that ur divorce papers is going to be finalized soon...but as for the issue of filing the K-1 visa, u cant start it yet unless its final(divorce) coz u need to show in ur packet ur divorce papers....its one of the indispensable requirements in submitting the I129...this is also true to ur filipina girl if she happens to be married..

06-10-2010 ---- 2-yr. GC/PRC arrived today in the mail..SALAMAT PO LORD!

Well, what was the RFE for?

Unless it was for divorce paperwork, it had nothing to do with it.
