They can fight back as long as they're young. Natural immune systems still do work and are the best form of universal health care out there. It's a gift from God, nothing better.

What universal health care will do is prolong the existence of lesser worthy people once they're past their prime. There's no reason to do that. They are no longer productive at that point in time (who needs an arthritic landscaper?) anyway.

Agree , It,s being very green to support population control. Only so many rat's can live in a cage before they start killing eachother. History will tell you one thing, at this point the real change always happens when lots of people start dieing.
