Hi. My name is Tricia and my interview is scheduled on July 11.

I am really confused as to whether I should get a vaccination supplement or not.

I am on my 9th month of pregnancy so I am really scared to get any shots done.

I know that I dont need to do a full medical exam.

If I don't go to a civil surgeon for a vaccination supplement, is that going to slow down

the processing of my AOS?

I have my DS-3025, can't I just bring that with me?

Help Please. Thank You So Much!!!

I think you are saying that you have your AOS interview on July 11th.... is that correct?

If so, did you submit your DS-3025 with your AOS application? If so, and you did not receive an RFE for the Vaccination Supplement, then you will most likely be alright. Take the DS-3025 with you to your interview and wait to be asked for it.

For my own AOS process, I sent the DS-3025 along with my AOS application and there was no problem. For my daughter's AOS process later, I sent the DS-3025 with her AOS application, and received an RFE for the Vaccination Supplement. I got the Supplement done by a civil surgeon and took it with us to her interview. It was never asked for. I had to offer it to them at the end of the interview because I figured if I had to pay for it to be done, they may as well have it in her file. But, if I had not mentioned it myself, the subject would never have come up.

So, my point is, they may be satisfied with the DS-3025 (Vaccination Worksheet from your K-1 medical exam) like they were with mine. If not, and they require the Vaccination Supplement to be done, you will just have to get it done after the interview, present it to them, and assuming that you were approved (other than not having the Supplement), your GC will be ordered.

Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

The Supplement (for my daughter) cost us $35.00 from the Civil Surgeon. He prepared it by using the information on the DS-3025.

Yes its for AOS Interview and I did include a copy of my DS-3025 with my AOS application and never got an RFE.

The NOAs that I got from USCIS after I submitted my AOS form are Biometrics Schedule and the

Interview Schedule but no RFE.

Thats why I was wondering if I would need to get a vaccination supplement.

I really dont want to get shots even if my OB allows it.

I hope they will be considerate enough on pregnant women.

Thank you so much for the information! I appreciate it a lot.

Do you know if there are any shots necessary at this time? Or were your shots all complete at the time of your K-1 medical exam?

If you do require additional shots, just wait until after your pregnancy, and then take the completed Supplement in to the local office where you have your interview, and then they will order your card.

It will delay your approval for a while, but it will allow you to put off getting the shots while you are pregnant.

Good luck.

Td (Tetanus-Diphtheria) was not available in the Philippines so I think thats the only shot

that I need. I will ask my OB if its safe to take it.. even if I really dont want to take it while i'm pregnant.

Thank You
