HI,

I am new to the site, I just found out about it and its a great help. I am currently at the stage of fillling out my affidavite of support. Unfortunently, I am a student and thus do not make enough money, so I have a family freind who has agreed to become a co-sponsor. My family friend is a business man and has a business account and a personal account. He deposits alot of money in and out of his business account, but keeps almost nothing in the personal account. So I was wondering, when they ask for bank statements, should I ask him to give me the business account or the personal account. I also have two bank accounts. one I use on a regular bases and one that I don't use that often, should I also get statements from both accounts or just one? This is about i-134. Thanks for your help.

The business account are not assets that are available to use as support because the businees is not the sponsor.

So do I need to only provide personal accounts? and all of them? or will just the one that is used most often do?

You provide the best information you think is needed to prove your financial ability... I provided no bank information as my income alone was enough
