hi everyone.. im just a little confused,, here r my question

:star: what is better to use? (with regard to tracking) a check or a moneygram?

:star: do we need to use a seperate check with each form we file?

>since form I485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) is 1010$

>Application for Employment Authorization I-765 is 340$

>and the advance parole is 300 something

:star: thank u for the reply

Check

:star: do we need to use a seperate check with each form we file?

Some people have reported that they had their file sent back with one check, others have not when they sent one.

>since form I485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) is 1010$

Correct.

>Application for Employment Authorization I-765 is 340$

You don't pay for this if your filing for AOS.

>and the advance parole is 300 something

Same as above.

:star: thank u for the reply

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

when you file AOS and EAD together then you only have to pay $1010 for those, and seperate for AP......

its says in the instrucion notes on from I765 (authorization for employment)... when you file together I485 & I765 then its only one fee.... thats what I paid and its all good to go, now I have an interview set up :)
