hello everyone,

i need help....we want to submit printed forms of form 129-F and G-325A. our problem is, the pdf form that we have has limited space even to type my full name- i've tried asking for help from techies, but the pdf form itself has restricted properties

can anyone enlighten us how they filled-up their forms? i read its ok to write the answers by hand, but again, the boxes and spaces for writing the answers are too small i'm getting frustrated about this.

any help would really be appreciated.

You can write it in by hand. If that is too tiny even, you could attach a supplementary form and put in the information there. You must be really clear on the supplemental pages to indicate which answers you're putting on there, number the pages, and sign EACH one of those pages!
