Hi, we are still waiting for the NOA1 having sent the I29F on 4th June. They have cashed our cheque and someone told me to get the cheque from the bank as that would have our case number on the back.

The bank said it would take 10 working days to get the cheque to us, so i am going to telephone and see if I can find out where the NOA1 is.

Do I call the California Service Centre and is there a particular phone number I should use. Also what information will I need to have to hand to give them. Will I need Jonathans Security number?

Any help on this would be much appreciated

6/05/06 - Mailed off the I29f

06/20/06 - Cheque cashed

7/07/06 - Still not received NOA1. Call CSC. They have input our address incorrectly. Give them the correct details. Also find out what our case number is from them so can check for touches!

07/13/06 - Receive RFE

07/26/06 - Email confirmation they have RFE

07/27/06 - Touched

08/23/07 - Call CSC to find out where NOA1 is and what date was on it. As it was sent to the wrong address it came back as undeliverable. They will not send it out again unless we send them a written request. However date was;

06/09/06 - NOA1

09/07/06 - NOA2 email confirmation

09/28/06 - NVC say they have sent details to US Embassy in London

12/09/06 - Sent back packet 3 recorded delivery

10/30/06 - Medical

11/06/06 - Interview confirmed 1st December!

01/17/07 - Wedding booked in Vegas

why not call the USCIS 800-375-5283, select the promts for live operator and ask them for your case number. Also confirm your mailing address is correct.

06/07/2006 NVC CASE COMPLETE! (278 days from I130 submitted to NVC case complete)
August 2006 Interview at Montreal Embassy, need to submit I601 & I212 waiver.July 2007 submitted waivers to Montreal Embassy who forwarded to Vermont Service Center
October 2007 rec'd receipt and notification or waiver processing from VSC, April 2008 rec'd RFE for I601 July 2008 submitted RFE, and rec'd receipt, advised written decision within 60 days
October 24, 2008 sent written request for case status to VSC, May 2009 after written request for status update recd letter "being processed"
July2009 requested Senator inquiry again.. response "with officer, required extra processing" if no response check back 6 months!
Dec 09 requested senator inquiry again, Jan 8 2010 requested more than "general inquiry" senator Jan 11, 2010 Senator requested supervisor
Jan 12, VSC told senator's office we wld recd notice in mail 7 - 10 days Jan 20, 2010 I601 DENIED.... letter dated Jan 14, 2010
April 2010, granted 290b approval to send to Appeal for review

October 2011 Appeal denied due to fraud, now dumped by husband, now with Canadian Arabic woman from Tunisa for Canada residence.. processing Immigration with her now

thru Canada

July2013 He ws deported back to Egypt almost a year ago due to out of status for almost 2 years

How long did it take for the check to clear? My check has not cleared the bank yet and i have not heard anything

June 12 2006, mailed I29F

July 11 2006 check clears bank

July 14 2006 NOA1 recieved

Sept 19 2006 touched

Sept 21 2006 recieved form I-797

Sept 28 2006 returned completed form I-797

Oct 4 2006 touched

Nov 1 2006 visa denied due to lack of visitation proof

The cheque cleared on 14th June, over 3 weeks ago

My NOA1 was dated 6/29 and my check was cashed on 7/3.

Because it was a holiday weekend I didn't get my NOA1 physically till 7/5.

Based on your dates you should already have gotten your NOA1. I would call to find out for sure....
