5 weeks for me ... after waiting 7+ months for NOA-2 it is a slap in the face to watch so many others get to NVC in less than a week and for us to have to continue waiting more than a month without any recourse until 3 more months have pasted.

I understand your frustration. They really have no method to how they do things. I hope the best for you and your SO. We gotta hang in there. They keep telling me that Im in "additional processing". Im just going to keep calling relentlessly. Just as they keep a log of the calls so am I. maybe if they have to keep looking into my case, it will motivate them to push harder, i don't know.

We asked helped from the congressman's office and our case was received by NVC last monday.. and on tuesday i requested expedite due to my fiance's deployment..they sent it to the consulate here in manila today :) hopefully the case will be here in manila by friday :)

you may try ask help of your congressman...

Approval: 2010-02-16

Greencard Received: 2010-02-25

Removal of Conditions:

1-07-12 Sent I-751 application to CSC

1-11-12 CSC received Application

1-13-12 check cashed
