another ?? about passport photos

do i need to seperate the photos? they came with 2 on a page..i hope it wasnt answered before. Im scared to cut them incase i mess them up

Someone has to cut them. Not sure where you got them - most folks get them already cut but it's not a huge issue to cut them - if you're not comfortable doing it yourself, ask someone with a steady hand to help.
