We've filied our AOS and EAD now what?

Hi there,

We filed our AOS and EAD on the 24th of June, 2009. We have recieved the first NOA and our check has been cashed.

We are waiting for our interview date to be set (fingerprints/biometrics). I am finding the UCIS website/VJ timelines quite controversial.

Does anyone know roughly how long we'll have to wait for the interview to be schedualed?

Will me EAD be issued at the interview?

cheers,

Amara & Steve

EAD will be adjudicated without an interview. in addition, you probably have a 50/50 chance of not even having a green card interview either.....

YMMV

We recieved a notice stating that they had recieved my EAD application. Am I just waiting for the authorisation to be granted then?
