If anyone did research on his skin condition, it was a disease that plagued many dark skins people. For him being on stage, he put lots of make up to him look white to hide away the different pigments on his skin. His skin was more white than black due to this disease, vitiligo. And he's sensitive to UVA and UVB which were side effects of vitiligo as the disease progressed. Being famed in the spotlight demands so much stress to look good on TV.

For lots of ignorance around the world that ignored vitiligo, it's a shame. He received coverage just like when Elvis died. Ignorance can shine in political correctness. It brings it out from different people. See it everyday.

Is anyone else as fed up as I am about Jackson this, Jackson that?

Everywhere you look, there really has been no avoiding it unless you lock yourself up, no internet, no radio, newspapers or TV......It's really OTT. Especially when Farrah fought so hard against her illness and tried to be an honest inspiration throughout her treatment and got hardly any coverage...I mean I know he revolutionalized the dance/pop scene-but what else did he do? Think of the good things he could have accomplished and the positive difference he really could have been, especially how successful he was and how wealthy he was. He seemed to be on self destruct- and I apologize to MJ fans for this -but honestly he gets little respect from me because he destroyed his own image and abused his body, left a taudry trail of suspicion concerning pedophilia and then threw away his life.

I'm glad someone said it.It's as if he gained sainthood all of a sudden.All these people who swear up and down he was not a molestor are just as messed up as he was.I doubt if they would let him babysit either !

I have doubts that he was a molester and I am not nearly as messed up as he was. And those that knew him best say it wasn't true.
