hi! thank you for all your help... i need it again..

1. is the I-194 stapled on the passport really cut? i mean to say, it only now has the departure record form part and the upper part was taken by the immigration officer at the airport..

2. on the I-485, part 1.. around the part where it asks about the a#, i-94, etc.. which expiry is it asking? expiration of my k1 visa or my I-194 form?

3. which notarized or certified true copies should i submit? does the birth certificate & passport copy need to be notarized or original documents?

4. do i also need to submit a copy of my husband's passport?

and a SSN question..

5. i read in a lot of posts that it was better to apply for a SSN after my marriage so that i wouldn't have to change name.. however, when i did apply, the lady there told me that i would be using my old last name (my unmarried name) and not my husband's name.. when can use my husband's name on my SSN..?

thank you!!!

The part you need is what is in your passport.

2. on the I-485, part 1.. around the part where it asks about the a#, i-94, etc.. which expiry is it asking? expiration of my k1 visa or my I-194 form?

The I-94

3. which notarized or certified true copies should i submit? does the birth certificate & passport copy need to be notarized or original documents?

Photo copies - if/when you get an interview, bring the originals

No
