for part 1, "expires on (mm/dd/yyyy)", I read in another topic that this is the I-94 expiration date, and NOT the k-1 visa expiration date. But I don't see an expiration date anywhere on the I-94. I do remember when applying for a social security number the lady there couldn't read some scribbles on the I-94, so she just made something up to type in the computer. Maybe that was the expiration date. I see chicken scratch that looks like numbers written on the oval stamp which contains the admitted date. Is this where the expiration would be located--written on that stamp underneath the admitted date?

If this IS the expiration number, what do I do since I can't read it? I think the expiration should be 90 days after admittance, so should I just make up the date to be 90 days past admittance?

Another question, for the I-94 number, on the sample form this is an 11 digit number. on the I-94, there is a stamped 9-digit number on the top left, and then about a half inch to the right of that, a 2-digit number which looks like it's not stamped, but was printed on the card before anything else was stamped. So either the I-94 number is only 9 digit for us, or the number is strangely placed, with the first nine stamped and separated from the last 2 which were already there when the card was blank.

Inside that oval stamp is the date. It should be 90 days after US entry.

We put the date the K-1 Visa expired. Right, or wrong, that didn't cause us any trouble. Like you, there was no expiration date on the I-94, just the date of entry, and stamped "K-1". We listed all the information on the I-94. Don't put the "A" number there.

and the "I-94 #"

is this always an 11-digit number? it appears that only a 9-digit number was stamped on this I-94, but there is a 2-digit number to the right of it. if it has to be an 11-digit number, I will put the 2 together. But if it is possible for it to be a 9-digit number, then I will keep only the first 9, because the first 9 and last 2 really don't appear to be a part of the same number
