Hmmm... AP expedite

So today I called and made a service request for my AP to be expedited. The lady who took my information told me that the request had gone through but the computer was not generating a confirmation. I asked her, "do I need it?" and she's like, "not really. The computer is telling me that the request went through".

Hmmm should I have insisted on a confirmation number? She told me it will take five days for the request to be processed. Anyone with any experience regarding this? And are the service centers open next week?

Your "request" went through. Means nothing. In five days (maybe) someone will read your request.

If you need an emergency AP make an infopass appointment and bring along some documentation of the emergency, emergency APs can be issued by local offices.
