HELP...will be out of status soon...need enlightenment asap

Hi fellas...hope you all have a good day...i'm kinda confused about applying for AOS. I'll be out of status soon...in 2 days!!! We just have our papers all done and ready to mail. And i'm sure it wont arrive to USCIS in just 2 days...most likely it will take 3 days. Not unless if we could possibly send it overnight...not sure. I came here through K1 visa and got married within 90 days. But haven't applied AOS yet. Am i in big trouble? There might be a thread already bout my case but i can't find it. Thanks to all of you...hoping to feel better bout my case...

People send weeks, months, years late and still get the green card with no problems. Yours will be fine. Send US post office priority mail with a return receipt so you know it was received. Spending overnight fees to get it there won't be worth the money because a day isn't going to matter. Just look it over carefully and take your time to get it right.

ONLY out of status periods longer than 6 months can cause you problems IF you attempt to travel on AP before getting green-card.
