Timeline

I just received an e-mail stating that they're sending me a letter requesting additional Evidence :crying: . I know someone withsame time i send my papers and they got there NOA2. So anybody else got there NOA2 or instead got requesting additional evidence. Do i need to wory :unsure: , will i be waiting longer :unsure: .

Yes you will be waiting longer.

They will stop processing till you answer the RFE, then continue on.

Worry? Perhaps, depends what they are asking for. If it's something you have, no issues, if it isn't, then you have some explaining to do!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

u dont need to be worried just give them all documents there asking for and send it to them complete.then u be fine just wait 3 weeks then u got ur noa2.we got RFE too b4 and it takes over 2 weeks then we got our noa2.u be fine just keep praying..Good luck to you

OCT 15-2009---BIOMETRICS APPT. DONE
OCT 17-2009---RFE recent tax
NOV 15-2009---EAD and AP RECEIVE in MAIL
NO INTERVIEW in my GREENCARD
DEC 10-2009---GREENCARD APPROVAL letter send
DEC 14-2009---GREENCARD APPROVAL letter on mailbox
DEC 15-2009---GREENCARD on HANDS woohoo.. thanks God

dont worry just submit the documents ... and if it's okay, ur fiance will receive USCIS approval, the NVC letter then ul your appointment letter...God bless US

Hi Watari , it depends what they asked you to submit...best thing to do is to accomplish their request and forward it ASAP... I also had my RFE but we just make it a point to accomplished it on time and eventually we got our NOA2 and I passed my interview...

Nevertheless..nothing to worry watari..relax..ul get your NOA2 soon..goodluck to all of our journey
