I was reading that some of you called to see if they had an interview scheduled? What number do I need to call to find out if I will have an interview to remove conditions on my green card?

Also, in case they send a letter saying that an interview is scheduled when I am not in the country, will it be possible to reschedule the interview?Thanks

We call that number/line here on VJ as mis-information, as normally they tell you what you see in online systems and most of the time don't know what they are talking about unless it you ask for a supervisor or ask nicely to talk to an Immigration Officer.

1-800-375-5283 and the magic option is 1,2,3 is get out of the maze and talk to an operator.

You can e-mail the Consulate General in Naples directly. We will be going through Naples and I have e-mailed them several times and always got the answers I was looking for by the next day. They were very helpful. They will check to see if you are in their system yet for an interview. This way you don't bother with getting the wrong info.

Today I tried to call that number but I was not able to talk to an operator...they have changed all the options since last time I called so I could not find the number I had to digit to talk to someone
