hi,

im applying for my AOS and EAD and got an ASC appointment notice last week for my biometrics schedule to be on july 8..just today, i got another ASC appointment notice saying that my appointment has been cancelled...and it also says that i dont need to appear at the ASC anymore for my biometrics..it didn't say the reason why..has anyone experienced this?! and what do you think is the reason for this?

they gave a 1-800 number but customer service are only available during weekdays...

hope anyone can give me feedback on this one..thanks

Hi Karin i received the same letter yesterday for my husbands appointment on the july 8. there is another thread with about 8 more ppl from all over america that received the same letter.... hope this helps

my wife had appointment for July 9th in Newark, NJ office and today received same mysterious "Appointment Cancelled - no need to appear at ASC" notice.

She worries a lot now, we checked online status of all of her/ours cases with USCIS and everything looks like it was. any ideas what going on? it's very stressful...

I hope we know the reason soon.

Hi, I live in West Palm Beach, FL., and got the same notice that our biometrics appointment was cancelled. We had it scheduled for July 9th. I must say I was some what relieved to see that it was not only us. Any information any one has to why the appointments are being cancelled would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
